Tria Laser Hair Removal has recieved even more recognition from the beauty experts and press recently. In September, at there annual Awards, Allure Magazine has named the Tria Laser Hair Removal System as one of the breakthrough products for 2008. In Allure Magazines Review and assessment of Tria they stated the follow;
“The Tria was labor-intensive at first: The system takes up to three hours to charge, we needed to call customer service and answer a list of questions about our skin color and ethnicity before our laser could be activated, and we had to read a lengthy instruction booklet cover to cover. But we understand why: The company is clearly concerned that the machine be used properly and safely. The device itself is surprisingly simple to use-we just pressed it against our skin and an automatic light pulsed. And although the directions include the word “pain” at least two dozen times, we barely felt the pulses at all.”

The following press review was taken from the Mail on Sunday.
“Easy to use, this is cordless, rechargeable and hand-held. The laser selectively heats dark matter, in this case the hair, until it is permanently killed off at the follicle, while not being absorbed by paler surrounding skin.
For this reason, laser hair removal is suitable only for people with dark hair and pale skin. Killing hair off altogether takes around four months. The price might seem steep, but salon treatments cost around £100 an hour, so it is very reasonable.”

“Want to get rid of unsightly hair in the comfort of your own home? Without having to repeatedly go for waxing? The latest device to hit the UK is Tria, a handheld laser hair removal gadget that, when held flat to the skin, will remove the hairs with only six to eight treatments. Great for legs, underarms and bikini lines, the £695 price tag may sound steep but it is cheaper than a life-long appointment at the beauty salon.”
